Tapeks.az (the "Platform") is an online platform connecting customers with service providers. By using the Platform you accept these terms.

2. Role of the Platform

Tapeks.az is an intermediary only. Agreements on quality, timing and price are between the customer and the provider. The Platform is not directly responsible for the services rendered.

3. User obligations

  • Provide accurate information at registration
  • Respect the rights of others
  • Do not post fake reviews, spam or misleading content
  • Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes

4. For providers

  • Your stated qualifications and licenses must be accurate
  • You must act professionally with customers
  • Membership plans are monthly; terms may change

5. Payments

Payments are processed via secure payment systems. The Platform commission is 15% of the service value.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is not liable for disputes between users, service quality, or indirect damages.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
